In as little as 5 minutes, we can provide an estimate for the "typical" property.
To provide that "quick estimate", you simply provide us with basic details of the location, we then utilize technology to determine the lot size of the area to be cut. For the "typical" property, that's usually all there is to an estimate, but sometimes there are other factors such as obstructions that can't be cut using the larger/quicker mower, requiring manual hand trimmer work instead, therefore increasing the time to complete and affecting the price.
